Kyle is a highly focused ex-professional athlete with an exceptional track record of client service and revenue generation who is motivated to help a wide variety of organizations overcome their hiring challenges. Following his athletic career, Kyle began working at Ignite Sales Recruiting as an Executive Sales Recruiter. After winning top recruiter at Ignite quarter after quarter, Kyle worked his way up to an Account Manager position, then Director of Recruiting and eventually promoted to the CEO of the organization.

Sean has over 10 years experience in sales, primarily in the beverage industry working for major corporations like Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Starting as an Account Manager and working his way up to a leadership position, Sean consistently exceeded revenue quotas while successfully managing a team of junior reps. Sean joined Ignite Sales Recruiting in 2016 as an Executive Sales Recruiter, eventually working his way up to Senior Client Director.
